Computer Repair Technician - Hardware

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to work in our home user focused computer repair business.

Successful candidates will carry out a wide range of hardware repairs and take a lead role in supporting other Technicians to diagnose and resolve customer issues.

Within this role you will be expected to:

• Carry out hardware repairs, such as:
• PSU replacements
• Screen replacements
• SSD installs
• Other basic hardware repairs
• Diagnosing fault of computers
• Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of our business, by looking at the commerciality of repairs vs replacements for our customers.

Work will be on a flexible basis as a when in line with customer requirements.

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
