We are in partnership with Oxford University Innovation (OUI), a subsidiary of Oxford University, to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join their Finance Team. OUI are an extremely exciting company, working with some of the world’s brightest minds to provide services including academic consultancy, venture support and funding, and help with patents and licensing.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing the purchase ledger, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately.
- Preparing monthly payment runs.
- Reconciling company credit cards and supplier statements.
- Month-end accruals and prepayments adjustments.
- Assist with preparing monthly management accounts.
- Playing an active part in creating a high-performing team.
What you’ll need
- Previous experience working in a Purchase Ledger role.
- Great attention to detail and strong work ethic.
