We are a family run business and have been for over 20 years. We already have six busy pasty shops and plan to open more in the near future. Our ethos is to provide a happy and enjoyable environment for our team to come to work and feel they are valued and respected. Our pasties are made by hand, in Cornwall and we take pride in using the best ingredients to give you the best pasty.

What are we looking for…

• Some managerial experience required.

• Organisation of duties such as…rotas, stock control, ordering, staff holidays, etc.

• Happy to organise and oversee the baking of our pasties, sausage rolls, etc.

• A people person, who has excellent customer service skills.

• Someone who is patient and kind, a good listener when needed.

• Happy, motivated, and keen to inspire others.
