Night Porter

Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression each and every time. We are looking for a Night Porter:

• Who will actively participate in addressing complaints and resolving guest queries

• Who will complete financial auditing reports and procedures

• Who adapts well to business needs, assisting with other departments when needed such as, but not limited to; Concierge, Housekeeping and Room Service

• Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills

• Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care

• With previous experience as a Night Auditor or Night Porter in a hotel

As a Night Porter you will receive:

• Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days holiday per year (pro rata) – this increases with service!
• Salary: £11.40 per hour
