IT Desktop Analyst

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to recruit an IT Desktop Support Technician to work with its very successful IT Service Operations team. The Desktop Support team is responsible for providing 2nd line IT support to over 6,000 staff at various locations

The successful applicants will join a busy 2nd line team. You will be responsible for resolving complex hardware and software issues within the trust, both in clinical and non-clinical areas. The team is responsible for hardware deployment and dealing with Incidents in line with trust published SLA's

You will be required to work both as part of the team and as an individual. You must also communicate and support users at all levels within the business, including other members of the Trusts IT team and liaising with external systems suppliers.
