The Opportunity
An award winning property management company are looking for Residential Night Concierges for their private residential development in Central London.
The Residential Night Concierge position will be working in a team and reporting directly into the Head Concierge. The aim is to provide a seamless 24/7 5* Hotel Style service to all residents and visitors.

* Previous customer service experience ideally working over night in a 4* or 5* setting

- Main/First point of contact for Resident requests
- Travel planning and booking of transport
- Checks of the building and resident amenities
What You Will Need

- Strong English language skills
