Front of House Team Member

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of the Patisserie Valerie brand providing a polite and efficient service at all times.

The Role

• Make every visit a special occasion for all customers
• Have knowledge of all menu products provided to all customers - including taste and quality of products
• To provide a clean and efficient service to all customers and to listen and communicate effectively with them
• Always aiming for high consistent standards
• Seek knowledge and understands the current promotions and sales targets
• Be passionate about the Patisserie Valerie brand
