The Lobster Hatch' is the takeaway Fish & Chip shop adjacent to and run by The Noisy Lobster restaurant on Avon Beach in Mudeford, Christchurch.

The successful applicant will work under the Take Away's manager to supervise with the following responsibilities:

• Staff Rota
• Staff Training
• Quality control of products served whilst maintaining speed of service
• Ordering
• EHO compliance
• Develop the menu

Qualifications and Skills required

• Excellent customer service
• Food Hygiene Certificate-up to date
• Hands on in service
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and planning skills.
• Flexibility in relation to working hours
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Have a friendly, flexible and professional attitude
• Kitchen experience
• Passion for good quality food
