Citizens Advice Darlington, Redcar & Cleveland have an exciting opportunity for a Training & Support Officer with an advice background to join our team. You will be based at Darlington, working closely with the Advice Services Manager and the volunteer management team to ensure high quality training and support for all trainees. You will ensure volunteers and staff meet case recording standards and Quality of Advice in line with Citizens Advice standards and support take up of CPD within the whole service.

Working in line with our Volunteer strategy you will work to key performance indicators for recruitment and training. You will be responsible for ensuring that the volunteers are trained to exceptional standards for face-to-face telephone and email advice channels.
