Deputy Director - Governance, Corporate Affairs and Strategy

An opportunity has arisen within the Strategy, Operations and Performance Directorate to recruit to the role of Interim Deputy Director of Governance, Corporate Affairs and Strategy/Company Secretary. The role is for 12 months overseeing and providing: -

Responsible for the development of the Trust Corporate Strategy, developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders and contributing to the development of the Clinical Services Strategy and other enabling Strategies.

The Deputy Director of Governance, Corporate Affairs and Strategy will be responsible for the successful delivery of the highest levels of corporate governance, including the Trust's governance culture and embedding high standards of accountability, integrity and probity throughout the Trust and ensuring regulatory compliance.
