Junior PR Executive

Our client is a top-notch financial communications firm, working with some of the biggest names in the industry. Their PR Development Program offers an opportunity for Apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge in this exciting field.

Job Overview:

As an Apprentice, you'll get hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, learning the ins and outs of financial services and PR. You'll work with a team of experts to build your media relations, writing skills, and knowledge of the industry.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

• Building media lists, pitching and establishing relationships with journalists
• Analysing news trends and developing pitch angles
• Writing content (messaging, press releases, and pitches) to help clients' brands shine
• Taking an owner's role in every element of account execution, from tracking progress to taking thorough notes during internal and client calls
• Becoming a master researcher by participating in the business development process

• A completed BA degree by the start of the program
• A strong interest in financial services, professional services, and B2B communications
• A team player mindset and willingness to work collaboratively
• Research and critical thinking skills, along with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Extreme attention to detail is a must-have
