Corporate Paralegal

Our client is a top-tier Corporate specialist law firm based in London.

We are looking for a Paralegal with Corporate M&A and/or strong commercial drafting experience.

This role will have a big focus on secondary transactions and Funds work by supporting one of the Senior Counsel members on the team.
