Restaurant and Bar Supervisor

The Roker Hotel is looking for an Supervisor/Duty Manager to help run our fantastic flagship bar - Poetic Licence, Sunderland

Poetic Licence is a destination bar and restaurant. You as the Supervisor will be a hands-on leader who using your knowledge and experience will motivate, educate and inspire.

Poetic licence bar and restaurant prides itself on being ahead of the competition and produces award-winning gin which is served in our flagship bar.

We are looking for a big happy personality who has a passion for good food and drink. The ideal supervisor will have a previous cocktail bar and /or quality gastropub experience. As well as experience in a busy all action bar.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.75 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
