Paralegal

We are an International accountancy firm that deals with Trust, overseas and UK entities.

We are seeking experienced Paralegals to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have an accomplished background in compliance, due diligence and company secretarial position.

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for managing client compliance and making sure all is up to date.

Responsibilities:

· Gather and organisecompany documents and information for existing and new clients.

· Checking client compliance with AML and updating where needed.

· Draft company documents like loan agreements, Declaration of Trusts, shareholder agreements.

· Letter of engagements.

· Company secretarial work.
