Your role

To provide a reception service on site and to provide administrative support where appropriate.

What you’ll need

• 
  Previous experience in receptionist role.
• 
  Good telephone manner.
• 
  Well presented, open and friendly approach, articulate.
• 
  Able to manage a switchboard.
• 
  Good organisational skills.
• 
  Administration skills.
• 
  Flexibility to cover absence – i.e. holidays and illnesses for other receptionist.
