The Job Role:
- The Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with the day to day operations.
- To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
- Developing a high-performing and motivated team
- To be customer focused
- Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering sales and P&L
The Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
- Experience with managing large teams is a must
- You will have passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
- The successful Assistant Manager will have previous experience in a high volume venue
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
