Quest Employment Luton are recruiting for a Warehouse/Production Operative to join one of our bespoken clients located in Dunstable. This client claims a high leadership position in convenience bakery and offers the perfect range of products and services for in-store bakery solutions.

Shifts:

Various shift patterns, 4 in 4 off, rotating days and nights

7am-7pm/7pm-7am

Please note that this is a temp to perm position.

Warehouse/Production Operative Responsibilities:

• Willingness to work within the production process

• Handling raw materials into the machinery

• Operating the production machinery/tools in a professional, safe way

• Measuring all ingredients in preparation for production

• Moving stock and equipment in a safe manner

• Quality checking of finished products

• Understands all company polices / procedures in regard to health & safety, PPE

• Understands that housekeeping (5S) is part of our daily activities

Warehouse/Production Operative Responsibilities:

• Able to work as part of team/ individually.

• Attention to detail.

• Has a Positive “can do” attitude.

• Effective communication skills written and verbal.
