Hotel Assistant - Nights

We are looking for a part-time (32hrs) team member to work night shifts at the Holiday Inn Express Leeds City Centre Armouries. You’ll be expected to carry out a variety of duties within your working ‘day’ throughout all areas of the hotel.

The role has a competitive salary of £20,044.80 p.a. plus benefits and will involve working 4 shifts over 7 days.

The role:

• Working hours are 11pm - 7am
• Officially known as a Guest Service Assistant, you’ll be responsible for welcoming and processing all of the late arrival guests to the hotel, dealing with any last-minute reservations and most likely some early morning departures too.
• You’ll also be responsible for the safety and comfort of all our guests, especially throughout the night.
• You’ll be involved in everything from serving at the bar, cash handling, preparing breakfast, taking reservations, setting up conference rooms for the day ahead, and ensuring our housekeeping and maintenance teams are aware of any issues, so you’ll be willing and able to multi-task.

Wherever you’re working throughout your shift, you will be part of making each guests’ stay a genuinely memorable experience.
