Do you have experience in sales?

Although this is a newly acquired site, we do have other locations and are very knowledgeable in the industry. The park is situated in Coldingham and very close to the coast - a fantastic lifestyle for the selected applicants.

Customer service experience in a similar environment would be beneficial, however, we will provide full ongoing training for the right applicant.

You will be responsible for the sales of luxury holiday homes, static caravans and lodges. This involves meeting new customers, building rapport, demonstrating the products and explaining the benefits of buying a holiday home. You will have the ability to follow-up leads over the telephone (and via email) with the view to making appointments for park visits, as well as following up leads from our current database. You will also be responsible for park level marketing actively driving caravan and lodge sales growth through a full mix of marketing activities, including, PR, sales promotion and updating social media platforms. You will have the ability to deliver key projects using point of sale, direct mail, events and email campaigns, which will in turn generate leads for you to follow up and convert into business. You will also be responsible for prospecting current customers with the view to sales upgrades.

Role to include but not restricted to:

· Sales of Holiday Homes with a shared bonus scheme

· Invoicing & taking payments as required

· Managing holiday bookings

· Answering the telephone and other tasks as required

Wages are negotiable for the right applicant as well as a shared bonus scheme.

Salary: £21,673.60-£27,000.00 per year
