Location: Livingston (EH54 8AS)
Salary: £21,430.50
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Fixed 5 from 7
Rotating 06:00 - 14:00 / 10:00 - 18:00

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Carrying out driver briefings and de-briefings
- Ensuring all drivers are legally compliant
- Communicating with drivers to discuss rota's, routes and any issues throughout their shift
- Liaising with vendors regarding collections, dealing with customer queries and delivery points regarding bookings

- Strong IT Skills - using Microsoft Office
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel
- Previous Admin experience
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Previous experience working within a transport office is desirable but not essential
