BARTENDER

Macellaio RC is looking for a passionate bartender who wants to work in a strong and friendly team, to improve his/her skills, learn how to use barman tools and to create the best cocktails.

You will be trained to learn recipes, stock count, and know how to match cocktails and food.

Requirements:

You need to have worked at least 2 years in this position

You are confident in doing the basic cocktails on your own

You have (at least) a basic knowledge of wines

Your main duties:

To learn everything about Macellaio beverage and food products, our vision.

Help colleagues on the floor when need

To follow our trainings and masterclass

You will work 5 days per week and have the 50% discount in all our restaurants.
