Night Receptionist

AMAZING OPPORTUNITY, a new role has just landed in the City of London.

We are seeking a NIGHT RECEPTIONIST. 8PM-8AM

We are looking for a candidate with a high level of customer service and client care, are you currently a NIGHT receptionist/ Concierge or working on reception looking for a change?

• Based in Pal Mal - closest station Green Park
• Working 36 Hours a week (3 day working week)
• 8PM - 8AM
• Permanent position.
• Reception experience required - If you have worked as a receptionist or Concierge before or front of house and fancy a change please give us a call.
• £24,000-£24,500 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Night Receptionist.
• Diary bookings.
• Answering telephone calls and email enquires.
• Keeping front of reception clean and tidy, running errands and being a team player when needed.

Key skills required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication with great listening skills
• Must be a team player with great contact with clients/employee’s
• Planning and organizing skills
• Professional telephone manor
• Commitment and reliable
• Professional, smart and presentable
