We are a large family run landscaping business working mainly in the East Midlands area.

With approx 60 members of directly employed staff working over 4 different departments covering all aspects of private and commercial landscaping to a a range of customers.

We are looking for hard working individuals to join our busy Grounds Maintenance department.

Experience in the landscaping or gardening industry is an advantage but not completely essential as full training will be given. You will be working under a Grounds Maintenance Foreman carrying out a range of gardening tasks such as grass cutting, strimming, sweeping, litter picking, leaf collecting etc. for a large amount of clients on their own premises mainly in and around the Midlands areas.

We work an annualised hours scheme so you will work more hours in Summer than Winter when you will work a 4 day week but still be paid for 5 ( further info given at interview)

We are looking for committed people who are reliable with good time keeping, conscientious, able to work on their own and who are committed to doing a good job right first time. The company continues to run in all weathers so must be willing to work in rain, sun and sometimes even snow.

Days of work are Monday to Friday with later evenings and Saturday mornings for overtime. Overtime is an essential part of the role during Summer.

Rates of pay will be dependent upon age and experience 18 years and above but will meet minimum wage requirements. You will be part of an annualised hours scheme and following 3 months probation will be signed up to the company pension scheme if eligible. A bonus system is also in place to top your pay up further.

Salary: £15,579.20-£21,673.60 per year
