Cleaner

We are currently looking for a cleaner for a house in Leicester it will consist of 4hrs per day. The applicant must have cleaning experience and be able to work on their own.

Ideally looking for someone with experience of professional cleaning in a domestic or commercial setting.

Duties:

• Perform housekeeping duties which include but is not limited to: cleaning bathrooms, living spaces, changing linen and beds, surface polishing, carpet vacuuming, floor mopping, dusting.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• A professional with a positive attitude, who has the ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ensure that daily and deep cleaning schedules are adhered to.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is correctly and safely used and kept in a safe condition.
• Carry out any other reasonable instructions of the Manager.
• To comply with COSHH regulations.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as requested by the Manager.
• To ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Essential Requirements:

• Cleaning to very high standard with an eye for detail.
• Comprehensive checklists to be completed within set time frames.
• Cleaning standards are audited after each clean, so you must be comfortable with regular feedback.
• Full training and ongoing support given.
• Driving License is essential due to the location of properties.
