Associate - Private Funds 1+PQE

A leading US firm is looking to add a junior Funds associate to their highly ranked Private Funds team at 1+PQE, advising private capital business (including private fund sponsors, investors and investment houses).

The team work on the full spectrum of asset management work, including fund formation, investor representation, M&A and regulatory advice, allowing for an interesting spread of work across.

A successful candidate will have excellent funds experience from a international, city or US firm, as well as strong academics.
