Adult Support Worker - No Prior Experience Needed

Banham

Up to £31,665.00 per annum (inclusive of sleep in allowance, based on 8 sleep ins per month) + Welcome Bonus of £1000, paid £500 start date and £500 after six months

**FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE AND ACCESS TO A VEHICLE IS ESSENTIAL DUE TO SITE LOCATION**

We are looking for Adult Support Workers, for Full Time Days, Full Time Nights and bank shifts in our Adult Residential Home based in Banham. Options Autism supports Adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs in a residential setting, and therefore, your duties will include:

• Supporting individuals to develop independent life skills
• Accurate record keeping
• Safeguarding of residents at all times
• Building positive relationships with the young adults
• Assisting and transporting residents to activities and hobbies
• Creating fun and fulfilling days with residents to enjoy and explore their hobbies. E.g., baking, arts & crafts, gardening, camping and lots more
• Night Duties - perform nightly tasks such as personal care routines, going to bed, getting up in the morning and making breakfast.
