Business Analyst

Our client is seeking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, and designing solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements
• Analyze data and information to identify trends and patterns
• Design and document functional and technical solutions that meet business needs
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions
• Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders
• Provide training as and when needed to new starters and end-users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data and information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
