This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and strategic individual to become the new Digital Marketing Manager for a world-famous, luxury haircare brand. This is a hybrid role with the option to work from home as well as the London office.

The role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated digital paid media expert to help drive the growth of new customer acquisition online across the UK and the US. You will be responsible for creating the paid media strategy and plan across every platform, reaching previously untapped audiences through creative, innovative digital campaigns.

How you’ll dazzle us

We are looking for someone with experience in creating ‘through the line’ paid media strategies for consumer brands, either in-house or with an agency.

The perfect candidate will have a high level of creativity with a sharp eye for compelling content and messaging. You’ll have experience working on a variety of channels including Meta, TikTok, paid search, programmatic display, and connected TV.

You’ll need to be experienced in budget management and profit margins, ensuring that CPAs remain on target. A strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing a dynamic team, above all we are looking for someone professional and energetic with a positive attitude.
