YOUR MISSION:

• You will be part of a BIG Kitchen team!
• You will manage your section and be responsible for the quality and speed of the service
• You will contribute to the performance of the kitchen (assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the hygiene compliance, orders, inventory, changes of menu)
• You will be the main actor of team's training and cohesion

• Previous experience as Chef De Partie is required
• English intermediate
