Emotio is a fun, friendly, and creative digital agency based in North West London with over 30 years of experience delivering successful marketing, design, and web development services. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team!

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns for Emotio and our clients. You will work closely with Senior Management and the rest of the team to conduct research, analysis, implementation, and reporting of marketing campaigns. We promote a culture of ownership, and you will be required to liaise with suppliers and clients, maintaining a productive and cost-effective relationship.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for Emotio and our clients
• Conduct research and analysis to identify and develop new marketing opportunities
• Implement marketing campaigns using a variety of digital marketing channels, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO) and email marketing
• Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns to optimise results
• Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Report on the results of marketing campaigns to Senior Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or by demonstrating a provable and successful passion for digital marketing
• 2+ years of experience in performance paid digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and Paid Social Media marketing. (Google & Meta certified and advantage)
• SEO and Email marketing knowledge are a benefit
• Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
