The Kitchen Assistant will ensure the highest possible quality is maintained throughout service whilst following all instructions and complying with food health and safety requirements. If you are passionate about making great food, then it could be the place for you.

Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

· Food preparation, cooking & serving required foods to order.

· Operating kitchen equipment

· Maintain high kitchen & food safety standards.

· Maintain Health & Safety standards

· Customer service

· Working within a team

Have You Got What It Takes?

Essential Requirements

No experience necessary, full training will be given

Excellent communication skill

Desirable Requirements

Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, or willing to achieve within first 6 months of employment

Experience in a busy kitchen environment

This job involves working days, evenings & weekends so a flexible approach to working is necessary.
