Partridge of Hampshire were the UK’s largest BMW and MINI retailer for volume in 2021 and 2022. We are a family run, independent retailer representing both BMW and MINI across Hampshire.

What is the role?
As a BMW Sales Executive, you will look forward to interacting with customers in our cutting edge showroom, which features eye-catching design and the latest technology, providing you with all the tools it takes to impress and inspire customers every time, not only meeting their needs but also enabling a great customer experience. You will guide customers through the sales process, providing advice and assistance with any queries.

As a BMW Sales Executive your enthusiasm and positivity will set you apart; you will be joining a like-minded Team, selling new and used cars, helping customers to feel unique and enjoying the satisfaction that comes from making every customer interaction memorable.

• Market Leading Salary + Commission - £20,000 Basic Salary - £63,000 OTE

Who you need to be?

• To succeed in this role, you will need to deliver vehicle sales alongside providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
• You will have a strong customer focus, problem-solving abilities and exceptional relationship building skills
• You will bring us high-performing sales experience as well as a stable work record in a customer facing sales environment
• Poses a hunger to achieve and a desire to be the best
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards
• Have a can do attitude

Your experience

• Previous Car Sales Experience
• Examples of showing a ‘can-do’ approach
• Previous negotiation experience
• Proven sales results
• You will hold a Full UK Driving Licence
