Production Manager

2fawcett have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join an innovative manufacturing company. The Production Manager will Oversee the end to end production process, and all production activities. The proactive manager will be hands on in their management approach whilst also utilising the support of team leaders to oversee health and safety, purchasing, logistics and inventory management of raw materials.

Duties and responsibilities of the Production Manager

· Production scheduling and Inventory management.

· Proactively monitor production process and resolve issues effectively to ensure output efficiency.

· Supervise and evaluate performance of current employees and operatives

· Determine appropriate requirement of resources to reduce cost and drive profit

· Approve and organise any necessary maintenance work with third parties where required

· Ensure output meets the quality standards of the business

· The production Manager will have a strong MRP / ERP systems knowledge and operating experience with software proficiencies

· BOM knowledge and daily implementation

Role Full time, permanent position

Hours Monday – Friday 7am-4pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
