LKL Farming is a family farming business based in East Yorkshire producing high welfare pigs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team producing 7kg weaners.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a team running a top performing herd.

Pay and benefits

• Outdoor work on a regular shift pattern (days)
• Monday to Friday
• Alternate weekends (half days)
• 45-50 hours per week
• 31 days paid holiday
• Bonus paid based on herd performance - currently 16%
• Salary £21,000 - £28,000 depending on experience and including bonus

Tasks will include:

• Feeding
• Inspection of stock
• Bedding up
• Sow and gilt management
• AI and serving
• Caring for piglets
• Weaning
• Farm maintenance
• Record keeping
• Machinery operation
• Machinery maintenance

Driving licence required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
