Full Job Description

This an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a large leading law firm.

For this position we are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst who has previous experience providing 1st and 2nd line support within a corporate City environment (ideally a law firm or if not a professional services background).

The role will see you support hardware and software. This is hands-on role providing 1st and 2nd line support of computers, applications, systems, video conference and phone systems to staff throughout the organisation and across all offices. It includes helping users via phone, email and face-to-face with a wide range of challenges and issues.

For this position you must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems with excellent experience of MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook. you must also have excellent telephone manner, written and face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills

Highly desirable but not essential for the role are knowledge of CITRIX, basic networking architecture knowledge and experience supporting Mobile Apple iOS, teams and zoom and Microsoft Active Directory

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
