We are looking for a talented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team specializing in Finance for our Corporate/CBS Segment in Darlington
This is a Permanent contract working 37.5 Per week. Monday – Friday Day Shifts
Salary is £27,700
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Supports account reconciliation and analysis, journal entry preparation and data entry. Supporting with the month-end close process.
- Compiles, consolidates, and conducts basic analysis of accounting and finance information.
- Performs monthly, annual account reconciliations and prepares basic journal entries.
- Assists with preparation of tables, charts, and other exhibits for reports.
- May perform less complex accounting projects or participate as a team member on more complex projects.
- Performs ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Experience of working in a client focused role using the telephone and e-mail.
- Italian language fluent in written and oral (Requirement)
- Experience of MSOffice including intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills(both verbal and written) to establish strong customer relationships.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including A\
- C grade Math and English (or equivalent) or NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
