Reception Manager

The Atlantic Hotel & Ocean Restaurant is one of Jersey's leading hotels. Located in St Brelade with spectacular views over St Ouen's Bay we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic people person to join our team as a Reception Manager. This role is hands on ( dealing with reservations, check ins and check outs) and is focused on enhancing guest’s experience by anticipating their needs, ensuring they enjoy their stay and encouraging them to return. Responsible to Front Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have great communication skills and at least 1 year’s experience as a reception supervisor in a luxury property. Knowledge of Opera PMS. UK Pre-settlement or settlement required.

Salary: £32,300.00-£32,350.00 per year
