Post/Office Administrator - Aesthetic Dental Lab
8 months Fixed Term Contract
Monday to Friday 10am – 1400hrs

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to work in our busy lab on a full-time basis.
The role as an Office Administrator:
- Speaking to clients by phone, email & in-house system
- Updating daily reports
- Organising technician’s work
- Booking in jobs
- Invoicing jobs
- Ordering products
- Incoming & dispatch of products
- Dealing with client queries and building rapport between yourself and clients
- Unpacking and boxing up lab work daily
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a general administration role
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be confident in using IT systems. Full training will be given for the bespoke system used in the lab.
