HGV Class 2 Night Driver

Logistics Support Network are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Night Driver, for a client based in Crick, Northamptonshire. We are looking for a driver to start Monday to Friday between 2200-2300.

The main roles of HGV Class 2 Night Driver will include:

• Delivering to car garages overnight
• Unloading stock into garages in cages & on pallets (manual offload)
• Working for clients’ night network
• Keeping in contact with the depot and reporting any issues as they happen
• Completion of all relevant paperwork
• Three days training is provided (paid)

To be considered, HGV Class 2 Night Driver are required to have the following:

• Must hold a current, valid Class 2/C UK licence
• Must have a digital tachograph card & full CPC card
• No DR’s or DD’s endorsements (for insurance purposes only)
• Must successfully pass a 2-hour assessment & induction (paid)
• Minimum for 6 months’ experience required (for insurance purposes only)

We are pleased to offer the following pay rates –

• £17.13ph for the first 45 hours / £19.90ph after 45 hours (PAYE)

For PAYE workers, holiday pay is accrued separately to the above rates.

This role is Monday to Friday starting between 2200-2300 hours. Average shift is roughly 10 – 11 hours.
