Building Services Manager

Fawkes and Reece are looking to speak with Building Services Manager's that are interested in an opportunity to work on a project in Cambridge working directly for the Main Contractor.

The purpose of this role would be to deliver a quality service and product in line with the project goals by working with the project team and applying the companies culture, systems and procedures. To manage the building services engineering design/installation process to minimise risks associated with this to the project and to the company.

Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years experience in working effectively with customers, consultants and the supply chain as the Building Services Manager.

The salary on offer for this role will be between £75,000 to £80,000 plus package.
