We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Ibis and Ibis Budget Birmingham Airport.

We are looking for somebody who is full of energy, has a great personality and takes pride in giving great customer service whenever they can!

What will you be doing?

• Welcoming and serving guest both at the bar and restaurant facilities;
• Waitressing;
• Table and Bar cleaning and set up;
• Food running;
• Payment and cashier handling;
• Work with an enthusiastic team to deliver a smooth service;
• Providing brilliant customer service!

Work Experience

No previous work experience is mandatory, but the below skill set is preferred.

• Customer service orientation
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Conflict resolution skills
• Flexible regarding work schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £11.51 per hour
