Trainee Axe Throwing Venue Manager

• Based in the city centre, Hatchet Harry's are championing the up and coming sport of Axe Throwing to Brighton
• We are looking for a fun loving, trainee manager to take on the journey with us!
• With a fast paced salary progression program taking you from £22,880 to £24,960 across 9 months of training (YES... thats a £2000 pay rise within 9 months for the right candidate) we are sure this role is the ideal role for you.
• As the main key holder of our 8th axe throwing venue, you will be experienced in customer service roles and have some supervisory experience, but more important is that you have passion, dedication and a deep want to learn. Previous bar work is a massive advantage and if you have a personal licence that would be fantastic.
• This role is perfect for the ambitious supervisor looking to step up to your first management position and learn the ropes as you go.
• Your hours of operation will be;

Tuesday- Friday: 2pm - 9:45pm
Saturdays: 9:30am - 7:45pm.
We are also open Sundays and Mondays too.

• Your duties will include being a fantastic axe throwing coach (we can train you don't worry), social media management, staff management, dealing with payroll and general duties such as booking management, cleaning, stock taking, serving drinks and some maintenance tasks.
• Excellent customer service required and previous supervisory experience would be advantagous.
