Store Manager

Le Creuset are looking for a Store Manager for our busy Gunwharf Quays store. You will manage all aspects of running a store to ensure that sales targets are achieved, costs are controlled, employees are managed, and that excellent levels of customer care and service are delivered at all times. Previous 2 years’ experience in a Retail or Customer Focused environment with Line Management responsibility. This role requires you to be a minimum of 18 years old due to the additional responsibilities involved (i.e. opening/closing the store, safeguarding of keys, occasional lone working, call outs for an alarm activation. Able to work retail trading hours (usual retail trading hours are from Monday to Sunday with occasional late evenings and bank holidays).
