The PMO Analyst role sits in the PMO team. You’ll be required to manage to regular governance of the Indirect Procurement global function, including all key forums, reporting, action tracking. You will work closely with the project delivery teams and business functions to ensure the transformation programme is progressing as required. You will be supporting the PMO manager and project/ programme team in production of analysis / reports to indicate benefits status and financial status. You'll participate in identification common capabilities and opportunities for linking up, re-using and sharing of methods/resources between projects to ensure learning from experience is disseminated across the Programme. You'll be assisting in the minuting and follow up and preparation of key governance forums supporting the project / programme managers and PMO manager as well as documentation and follow up to assist with managing risks & issues within the programme. You will managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and interest and also you will be identifying, addressing and resolving operational differences between individuals and/or interest groups with support by the project or programme manager. You'll manage the governance process and ensuring all are adhering to it and raising any concerns to relevant managers.
