Customer Service Representative

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Representing clients' products and services affectively
• Handling all customer enquiries
• Logging customer information in a confidential manner
• Tracking KPI’s daily, weekly and monthly

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
