To provide a high level of Support for the systems within the Group. Communicating with colleagues on all levels.
Work within the structure of the IT department and maintain a professional level of behaviours.
Work within the SLAs of external and internal customers.
Continually provide excellent customer experience to both internal and external customers.

Supporting all V.Group Business Systems , these include in house applications and off the shelf applications used by V.Group

Strictly adhere to the policies and procedures put in place by the V.Group VMS and IT policy documents.

Provide telephone and remote support as part of the global team

Working within the ServiceDesk system to update users during the lifecycle of the request and resolve or escalate as required.

Enforcing the IT security policy and procedures.

Work within SLA laid down by IT management

Working at specified set agreed hrs to cover business needs

Reporting to Line manager on daily tasks / issues

Personal

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of colleagues in person and on the phone.

Good Communication skills are essential. Must be able to communicate in English both orally and via email/teams.

Beneficial Technical Experience
Hardware

Knowledge of Desktops and Laptops and if any server exposure

Software

Windows 10 Operating system or any server Operating systems

Microsoft O365 all applications

Any database software

Any scripting / coding software

Networking/ Database / Security

A basic level of knowledge of TCP/IP networking would be beneficial

Any Db creation or administration knowledge

Any knowledge of Cyber security
