We have partnered with a luxury multi-branded Womenswear Boutique in Mayfair who are looking for a Senior Client Advisor/ stylist to join them.

You will be working across some of the most iconic cool and up-and-coming luxury Womenswear brands and will become a true fashion specialist to provide excellent styling and personal shopping experience to their customers.

The Client Advisor/Stylist will have a real passion for driving sales and engaging with clients, the ability to deliver exceptional standards of customer journey and elevate the customer experience, resulting in meeting and overachieving the set sales targets.

Some key responsibilities for the Client Advisor/ Stylist include:

• Provide outstanding one-to-one customer service to all VIP clients.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele.
• Keen interest in fashion trends, designers and news and passion for merchandise.
• Demonstrate ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with particular emphasis on conversion, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Take initiative with performing daily store operational tasks, such as keeping the shop floor well presented, stock checks and counts, etc.
• Use different communication techniques to ensure the best customer experience and maximize selling opportunities.

(Must have an existing client book and a great track of sales record)
