Barista

We are looking to add a professional Barista to our team. The right candidate for this position is someone who has outstanding barista skills and is able to multi-task effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing excellent customer service and most importanly make great coffee, know how to operate on the coffee machine, someone who is able to fix grinders or coffee machine if it was to breakdown unexpectedly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues.
• Make great coffee
• Able to do Latte art
• Quick and can work under pressure
• Multitask
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members of the company's network.
• Be able to work in a team efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
