As a member of the team you will provide professional leadership and support to a team of qualified and unqualified staff within Older People's Mental Health Service, in order to deliver the key strategic aims of the organisation and to ensure that people have access to a high quality service. To ensure high quality outcomes for Service users through effective practice and case management of complex caseloads.
