What does your typical day look like?
- Monitoring and tracking Fox’s Blocked, Parked and GRIR reporting.
- Supporting site with PO process ensuring correct ways of working to ensure supplier payment to terms.
- Liaison with AP to ensure smooth processing of payments.
- Monitor holiday pay accruals and reporting.
- Monitor agency spend and assist in improving process.
- Input all weekly and monthly journals.
- Support the Management Accountant with preparation and completion of weekly and monthly reporting.
- Support reporting of both weekly & monthly Variances and Overheads for the Batley site and the logistic’s business unit.
- Supporting with budgeting and forecasting requirements.
- Support the Management Accountant as required.
